Sounds like the reinforcement bar poked the bumper from the inside. At my shop we would replace the bumper cover and if there is any damage to the re- bar

Sounds like the reinforcement bar poked the bumper from the inside. At my shop we would replace the bumper cover and if there is any damage to the re- bar we would replace that also. There are shops that will fix the bumper and ignore the rebar though. So depending on what you are looking for and what's " good" to you. My shop. E close to a grand the latter shop probably a couple hundred .
