To tint front windows or not?

3M Crystalline seems best 'all over' but especially for windshield: UV, IR/Heat redux not possible with other current films -including ceramic.

It gives the car a better look, but many friends have been pulled over for it, kind of like the blacked out taillights

It really depends on the police in your area. Are they really strict on tint laws? If so i would say no because it wouldnt be worth getting a ticket every week. If its like around here you would rarely get pulled over for tint. I have received one tint ticket ever and I have had illegally tinted windows for around 5 years.

I went with nothing on windshield, 35% all around...very happy with it!

Go with 3M Crystalline if you want protection from UV and heat. You'll stay cool under the sun.
