From the Assy. Manual

REMOVAL
1. Remove rear pillar finisher (LH/RH).
2. Pull down headlining (rear side) and obtain space for work between vehicle and headlining.
3. Disconnect satellite radio antenna connector.
4. Remove satellite radio antenna mounting nut, then remove satellite radio antenna from roof panel.
INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION:
• Never bend headlining when pull down headlining (rear side).
• When satellite radio antenna mounting nut tightening torque is loose, be careful about tightening torque. Antenna sensitivity becomes poor, and when it is excessive, roof panel may become deformed.

Guessing it may be just snapped in...bump for answer as I plan to get my roof wrapped and wanted to remove the antenna myself.

I removed mine by carefully reaching in from the back hatch pushing down the the headliner. If I remember correctly you need to remove the weather stripping and carefully pop out a few plastic snaps and you can reach in. I used a crescent wrench to unscrew the nut holding it on.

Oh yeah, it has one wire also you will need to disconnect and then it will come out the top.

I was about to do that but I noticed as I was carefully pushing down the headliner to see where the clips were it was causing the headliner to make indentations where the clips were. Scared to damage it more so I just wrapped the roof with the antenna still on. Bad choice didn't come out as clean as I wanted it to be. Btw the next time I rewrap it, how many clips were there and did you just push down with force to release the clips? Did you noticed the dents also?
