Use this: Spray it on a rag, wipe it off. It also works great to remove plasti-dip from anything without harming the surface. Make sure you clean it really well

Use tape to remove overspray, like clear box tape. I spent 30 minutes spraying that stuff and it took me hours to remove the dip from the grooves in the bumper near the exhaust.
