How about a ball type knob with a small riser on the bottom just to bring it up from the shifter boot a bit? Also love the Zele shifter knob

How about a ball type knob with a small riser on the bottom just to bring it up from the shifter boot a bit?
Also love the Zele shifter knob shape....
