Can you describe this better? First, do you have a 6MT or a 7AT? Does the engine start and you can't get the car rolling? Do you have the e-brake engaged? If you have the AT, is the shifter in 'park'?

We need some more details to be helpful.

Your brake pads are frozen to the rotors? Doesn't normally happen except if you park it with the e-brake engaged after a hard brake workout (or in extreme cold).

This happens to me every time I wash my car. I live in the country and have a water softener. This adds salt to the water, when the salted water hits the rotors they almost instantly rust. If I don't drive it immediately the next time I try and drive the rotors are stuck to the pads. I just break them free, but it's fairly irritating.

Put it in gear and go, that's what I do!
