Did you buy it new or used??

New - Take it to the dealer...

Used - Ask the previous owner...

Mine looks a little different but its located in the same place. Funny thing is I've never found how to enable it to work with the standard alarm.

This isn't a Nissan alarm, but it is a dealer option. Tons of new cars have them. Basically a company gets a contract w/ the dealer to install alarms on a bunch of cars. The company has similar contracts w/ multiple dealers. The installs are usually messy but functional. I can't remember the name of the company that makes that alarm, though.

KARR...

...It's decent for what you get, but wished they didn't install it before selling the car because if you don't want it, they just tape up the wires inside and left two hole marks in the under-dash area.

Still the best advice I've read in this thread.

Best comment -...factory installed dealer option...

Think about that one.
