I don't know about modifying taillights in AZ? But in Cali you're begging to get pulled over for modifying your taillights Other than that it looks good

The tinted tails look good but I think your asking for trouble. In the video youre brake lights hardly even attract attention so if you ever get rearended its going to automatically be your fault as the guy behind will just sa he couldnt see any brake lights.

Ive had tinted tails for a year straight and no issues with rear ending

Plasti dip is def a cool thing to use for the tails, but the tinted look provides more durability imo, longer lasting, my friend did the VHT and then tried plastidip on his tails and his tails looked really bad, he quickly went my route when he saw that the tints looked and lasted longer. Nice vid though.
