The dipyourcar guy is what I was referencing. I'm not sure if he has a new method to do hard lines.

As for the violet... It's like black cherry.... Black violet. That's pretty badass.

It's achieved by laying down a solid black base. Then a coat or two of clear dip that has this interference pigment mixed in (you can get a bunch of different colors beside violet). The more of the clear you put on the more pigment in place so more violet gets reflected. So you could go from a very little violet reflection to a whole lot. I would say that this is a whole lot, I'm gonna go a little less violet than you see in this pic. After you have your violet where you want it I sprayed to gloss coats. Hopefully whether permitting I can get this done over the weekend.

Yes. Search is your friend. IIRC, no need to remove bumper cover, they just used some paper to keep overspray off the radiator.

I did mine. Just put newspaper or what ever you find to cover the sides for over spray.

Did you screw your spoiler down? Or just use the 3m tape?

I don't get your question? If what your asking me is how I installed the rear wing the answer would be I did not. That is the wing that comes with the sports package. And I believe it uses 3m tape because I can't see any screws over the top.

I didn't realize you had a sport package. Those are installed with 2 screws and 3M tape..

I have a base and just put mine on & dipped it black. My bad!
