Totally followed this thread and knocked out my front lip, emblems door handles and rear valance in one morning! i was ready to spend a grip on paint, got away with a $6 can of plasti dip instead! AWESOME!

Hey, I have a quick question. What is the rubber thing that u pulled it off after spraying? how do u call it? it must be a dumped question but it will be very helpful if any one can answer that

the plasti-dip? If i understand you correctly than its the actual plasti dip that dries that turns into a rubbery material. the excess which you can peel off. Or the whole thing if you mess up.

Like someone else said earlier. It's just too easy not to do. I also thought of blacking out the door handles, but I also fear that due to the moving parts, it'll peel with friction too. I'll be testing the product out on my gold rims. I'm sure that will relieve some dislikes from other members here.
