can says dry in 4hrs, but i'd give it a good 48hrs before you do any washing. Alchemy mentioned the stuff hardened after a couple of days.

I washed mine the next day and didn't have any issues, but it is about 100 degrees here in Charleston, so that probably aided in curing it pretty quickly.

Not sure if you're serious, but Plasti Dip is solvent based. (MEK, toluene, etc.) It helps the stuff dry faster but it'll also migrate through your skin and get stored in your bone marrow. A little is okay but I don't know about spraying your whole body. Still up to you though it'll look badass... Sorry to be the turd in your punchbowl.

I wonder if Plasti-dip is a self lubricating material or will he need to bring his own...

I didnt see anyone mention this but when you have those little pieces that didnt peal off perfectly inside the emblem you can just take the zip tie and kind of stuff it under the emblem and if its a bigger piece just keep stuffing it under the emblem causing it to roll and it will eventually come out and you can just rip it off. But this is for the inside part only.

the car wash by me uses some powerful water spray for the rims, anyone think that could cause a peel? i dont want chunks missing on the rims considering ill only have time to dismount and spray all 4 tires tomorrow for at least the next 6 months. and yea i gotta use a car wash cause i'm in an apartment complex that doesn't give u a hose spout.. sucks

can this be done without removing the tires?? cant i just put enough newspaper with double sided tape on the inside to prevent my brakes from getting plasti dipped?

Just did my rear valence, so here's a couple pictures. I have to touch up a spot on either side where the spray decided to peel away with the tape. Oh well...the rest of it turned out really well and you can't see the two peeled spots unless you're within a couple of feet.
