Plastic dip-emblem cover up

have a question guys. before plasti dip, no sanding right? (yea..if I sanded I wouldn't use plasti dip LOL) and even after you don't clear coat on plasti dip right?

have a question guys. before plasti dip, no sanding right? (yea..if I sanded I wouldn't use plasti dip LOL) and even after you don't clear coat on plasti dip right? (if I clear coat on plasti dip, I guess it will mess up the plasti dip? or later on when I want to peel off the plasti dip, it won't work since clear coated on top?)
