kinda stupid but....

I think the part I'm struggling with is the Clips. The car had metal looking clips but Not the bolts. it's like I just paid this much For a car

The car had metal looking clips but Not the bolts. it's like I just paid this much For a car and you can't put me some bolts There? So I need both the clamps and bolts Or to thread those. I don't know. Like I said Its stupid.
