As to the OEM gauge mods: No - Unless you pull out the whole dash... I just took out my gauges via elbow grease and a bit of dremel action...

As to the OEM gauge mods: No - Unless you pull out the whole dash... I just took out my gauges via elbow grease and a bit of dremel action... You will end up with aprox 100 pieces +/-... Theres 2 solid plastic long bits (with the gauge backing) with circuit boards sandwich'ed in between. I just assaisnated the oem gauges.. Now its time for test fit on the BF gauges..

Sweet mod! I'm waiting to get my new gauges in this Monday as well. I'm not sure how the tech is going to approach the installation, though. I don't care if he breaks the old one apart lol. Looking back, i wish I got the 4-in-1 gauges from Depo. It has an analog gauge with OLED display for 3 other parameters like voltage, water temp, etc., depending on the selected model.

^^^In other words, this is not as easy as the OP had done it?
I am looking at adding gauges, and would really like to go with the OEM look, but if it is a nightmare, I would steer away from it.

The best gauges project I saw so far, amazing, well done.
I really wanted to replace the clock gauge with oil pressure or trans-temp (A7). Could you please advise in case I want to replace the clock gauge only, which product you recommend to match the others? Thanks, NASM |

I know it is Defi but is there any recommended place (online) to get them from?? And since I am going to replace them all, then I would go for engine oil temp, battery, trans-oil temp. Thanks, Nasm Sent from my SM-G980F using Tapatalk
