Easy?
I never said it was easy... nor did I say I DON'T run a business. I just said that customers are important and they should come first. But then again, I've only been doing it for the last ten years... what do I know.

Anyone can sell anything all day, but when it comes to backing up your customers and making them happy is what makes the difference. I hope you guys get all of this squared away and put this in the past. I would also hope that if you guys have another group buy that you learn from what has happened here.
