so it happened again today...bird sh*t on my car when i went inside to get a drink and i washed it off within a matter of minutes and it leaves

so it happened again today...bird sh*t on my car when i went inside to get a drink and i washed it off within a matter of minutes and it leaves a mark i cant get out again!!! theres got to be something wrong...could there not be enough clear coat? could there be a defect in the paint? im takin it to dealer again and there havin a nissan rep come check it out? any sugguestions?
