Getting rid of HVAC odor

Awesome find Kenchan!! I'm determined to find out where exactly the moisture pools and do something about it.

Another little issue maybe some of you have. This only started in fall when the car sat overnight in cooler temps (I'm in Denver). When I start the car for the first time that day, within 5 seconds I get strong plastic smell, that almost immediately goes away. It won't do it again until it sits for awhile in cool weather. It doesn't smell like burning plastic, but like really hot plastic. It is coming from the engine compartment and I don't smell it when AC is on recirc since it doesn't pull from the engine area. Anyone else experience this?
