The two hook on the back of the vehicle is a metal bracket attached to the body. Look underneath and on the driver side you will see the black loop.

The two hook on the back of the vehicle is a metal bracket attached to the body. Look underneath and on the driver side you will see the black loop. The tow hook you are talking about screws into the front of the vehicle on the passenger side on the grille opening behind the black plastic cover. Check your owners manual for diagrams.
