Should be similar: Headlight Adjustment - Nissan 350Z & 370Z Wiki

You should not need to adjust them after installing swifts though.

you definitely need to have them adjusted. i know the swifts lower to pretty much the same ride height as what my coils are set to and the beam is noticeably lower than stock. how do i know? the beam on my garage door is noticeably lower! they likely need to be adjusted only a few turns back to their optimal height

check the link red_zed posted. i havent gone and adjusted mine yet, but there should be a star wheel somewhere within easy access that you must spin to lower/lift the beam

Looking at the headlight, the only thing i see that seems to be adjustable is an 8mm bolt head. Not sure if thats adjust the headlight though. The link provided is for a 350z, and on the 370z, I dont see a phillips screw.

download the service manual here on the site and go to page 157 of EXL.pdf (exterior lighting system). the aiming screw is in the same location as the 350z

I figured it out. So for people who search this in the future, there is an 8mm on each side of the inner fender/back of the headlight. Turn it to the right ( facing front of car) to adjust each headlight up, left to adjust the headlight down.
