I do not have a pic of this but I cut the plastic insert infront on the mount and remounted the piece that was left it is basically just the grill piece without the blank back cover. I don't know how much you can see with the license plate infront but with the tow hook if finishes the look and makes it look more factory.

I'm bumping this old thread because compared to the more popular choices, this product beats them all. There are literally 15 possible mounting locations, with the ability to match the plate's angle with the bumper. I'll post some pics tomorrow.

Like I said, I love this product. Comes with all the hardware and easy to follow instructions. I might get a license plate frame, but I kinda like the clean look without.
