I called a Canadian dealer today to inquire about the combination switch. This is the wiper and headlight combination sticks, the two of them plus some stuff in the middle

I called a Canadian dealer today to inquire about the combination switch. This is the wiper and headlight combination sticks, the two of them plus some stuff in the middle comes as all one part, and the canadian version has an extra switch on it for the fog lights. They want approx US$340 for it, the part number he got in Canada from his parts lookup was 25560-1EA0C. $340 is quite a chunk of change to throw down on something that might not work at all. All the wiring appears to be there, but we don't know if the BCM in the US cars has the feature disabled even with the appropriate factory switch and light installed.
