should i keep the blacked out fangs?

Leave fangs black and remove the black side wiskers.

Honestly, I'd remove those front vents...

But for the fangs, instead of painting them, I'd look to get a CF cover. Everything else being CF on the front makes it look out of place just black...

Those front vents are actually practical, pluse it's to late to remove cuz the bumper was cut in order to install them pluse they costed me an arm and a leg to get them so I don't see my self getting ride of them lol
