OEM shift knob removal (SEARCHED)

i used this strap wrench and just had a freind stabalize the shifter as i pushed on the strap wrench. If I hadn't read on here how hard it was

i used this strap wrench and just had a freind stabalize the shifter as i pushed on the strap wrench. If I hadn't read on here how hard it was to remove I would never have got it off. You have to push so hard your thinking oh **** something is going to break.
