My wife loves the heated seat as well especially when I drop the top. It is such a fantastic feature when having both the wind in your face/hair while your back and rear are nice and toasty
 However, I could not make out which level on the dail knob is low and which is high (Heat feels the same to me). I just turned the damn thing on b/w high and low, and just enjoy my ride
