^^ this. U can offer both options for those that don't want the downtime. Or do a core charge thing were u you would charge the full amount, work on the fenders you have and then refund the difference once u receive the stock fenders from customers. The only downside I think would be that the fenders u receive from customers are painted vs the OEM unfinished surface, so that means more work for you if u have to paint those another color.
Edit: you should consider having these produced in Cali rather than Dubai. You will get even more interest from people due to reduced shipping cost and time. My 2cents
