anyone else seem to be having hood latch problems? i'll close the hood, but only one side will lock while the other side still seems to be up. i tried

hood latch problems
anyone else seem to be having hood latch problems? i'll close the hood, but only one side will lock while the other side still seems to be up. i tried pushing the unlatched side a push, but it doesn't work. any info?
