hood latch problems

anyone else seem to be having hood latch problems? i'll close the hood, but only one side will lock while the other side still seems to be up. i tried pushing the unlatched side a push, but it doesn't work. any info?

dont push down on your hood.... your going to dent it.... unlock and open your hood hold it about a foot and couple inches above then just drop it.... this will lock all latches and not leave dents....

dont let the loud drop freak you out... you do more damage by tryna push down your hood...
