I've looked at the DIYs here but they're not set up exactly how I want it, and electrical work makes me nervous. How would I set it up to behave EXACTLY like the video of that Nismo EVO-R has on its site, so constantly on at part-brightness when headlights are on, and blinking at full brightness when braking? Do I need to buy additional parts/resistors beyond what's in the kit? Like this:
