I agree, GTR like fenders would be nice. If you made the vent out of carbon and it was a copy of the GTR factory vent you could sell them to GTR customers and use them on the Z fender too.

The other fender style I love is when there are vents on the lower section like the Amuse Nismo 380RS. Those would be my first choice if they could integrate into the stock body work (or Nismo side skirt in my case)

Functional rear diffuser, front lip, rear "lip" wing, all functional but not overly done.

Wing similar to the stock + mines add on except one piece carbon would be awesome. A not overly done front lip like the evo r, nothing ridiculous.

Maybe some carbon fiber inteerior or engine bay pieces?

Yes! Really liking the fender style here, and the GTR style of MR Works....

Carbon fenders would be a big seller as they are the one area that the major bodykit companies have pretty much totally overlooked so far when making parts for the 370z.
