Mis-matching color

I'm having an issue with the passenger side quarter panel in my Z as well.. It got hit by a rock and I had the body shop repair and repaint... However, even though the paint color matches perfectly, the finish has started to look more matte than glossy... The door and the hatch have the factory paint and the quarter panel looks same color but more matte red than the OEM glossy red...

When I took it out of the shop it looked perfect but it has lost gloss as time's passed... Could this be a paint-quality issue or is it the shop's fault..?? Maybe they used cheap paint instead of something like Dupont..??

Sorry for the thread hijack and appreciate inputs.. hehe..
