I believe they put them behind the projector lens/in the projector housing so that you can not see the actual halo. Perhaps the light emitted was lower with the "thinner"

I believe they put them behind the projector lens/in the projector housing so that you can not see the actual halo. Perhaps the light emitted was lower with the "thinner" CCFLs? From what I've seen it's always been the same amount of actual light volume.
I think the 370 is a nice enough car to pull the look off- the same with the "Audi style" LEDs. |
