Yea you can. Any % for the rear windows is legal. I hate seeing the reflection of stuff in my truck on my rear glass soo I got one of these. It looks soo clean now.

For the 2010, it comes with everything you need to install this cover.
You just need the cover itself.

Bummer on the tint, I called from TX and asked about the rules on tint and the lady at the PD in LA said nothing greater than 40 on the rear. Oh well, next tint job I will go darker.
