Just a quick update.
I decided to return the bumper to Stillen. I never could get it to fit the way I wanted, and wasn't about to spend an extra $400-500 for a shop to do the required trimming and fixing to get it to look right. Bumper arrived back at Stillen yesterday, just waiting for my money back.
