Just to note, any work to this part of the car isn't fender work - that's an integral unibody quarter panel. They usually consist of two sheets of metal - interior and exterior. Thus, it requires quite a bit of fishing to gain access to the dented panel. I've always figured they would have to drill in order to fix quarter panel dings from behind, but I don't know much about PDR.
