Seibon carbon fiber TS hood Installed

I think I'd sacrifice a pound or two for having the vents to evacuate some hot air from the engine bay.

As far as painting, I would match everything, but the slanted parts of the vents I would leave in carbon. Also I would immediately paint the metal grills in black or something dark because they are flashy right now.

Looking forward to see how you paint because I'm thinking about this one too and we have the same color car. Congrats on the new hood buddy!

Leaving the vents carbon would accent them really well.

That will look really sweet

For hoodpins see if you can get a set of the aerocatch ones-- those are the cleanest looking, as they recess completely into the hood.
