Another vote for Meguiars. I've been using the Natural Shine Vinyl & Rubber Protectant and Quik Detailer Interior.

The Natural Shine by Meguiars is by far the best I have ever used!!!

I dont like my dash to be all slimy and gross. I like a touch of shine with a good UV blocker, and the natural shine does just this. I will never put anything else on my cars dash. End of story for me!
