These places keep popping up on my 09 370z. There are no dents or up-dings. They feel smooth to the surface. They appear scaly. Z3 is on the hood and

What is this?

These places keep popping up on my 09 370z. There are no dents or up-dings. They feel smooth to the surface. They appear scaly. Z3 is on the hood and Z2 is found on the door. Thanks.
