Cool, makes me want one too!

That lower front bumper position seems like it amplifies the speed lol. Looks like you are going faster than you probably are.

Yes, it kinda makes things look faster (and I won't lie, I was pretty aggressive :driving: myself ;))

BTW, found these 3 awesome videos for all GO PRO HD Mounting tips and tricks (and accessories explained). Especially that orange rubber, I had NO CLUE why it was there for! :icon17:

I just ordered one today (also through Ryan@Forged). Thanks AK, for the the awesome review and samples (+1 rep). This will work well for filming myself driving, as well as for my photography interests...definitely a good alternative to sticking my expensive dSLR equipment outside a fast moving car.

SWEET! Congratulations man! It's a fantastic camera. I like it. I'm planning on putting this on a GO KART soon :excited:. Possibilities are endless what you can do with this cam. Now that you mentioned DSLR or expansive video cameras, let me share a video with you. I think you'll like it ;)

Hooray! According to the GoPro website we should get the new firmware with video flipping and more SD card compatibility on May 17th. Just in time for ZdayZ!

Thanks man! I actually have TWO more interior mount videos that I will post soon. :excited:

BTW, I was bored and came up with this idea to put the GO PRO under the car. Kinda like Barrett Jackson "chassis cam"

Location: Under the car
Video setting: 1280x720p
Frames: 60 FPS
Backlid: OPEN
Impression: Makes me dizzy! :rofl2: But I think it's pretty cool. If you have installed an exhaust or HFC and want to check for air leaks, this is a great way to find out.

I wonder what kind of view you would get with it mounted hanging off the inside of the rear hatch aiming out the front? Would it capture a full view (driver, stick, wheel/dash and out the windshield)?

Yes, you can and you do get a good view of the dash, steering wheel, what the driver is doing and the road too. I just tried it last week. However, my camera doesn't have the latest firmware and I mounted the camera upside down. I have to figure out a way to flip the video on my Mac, then I'll post a sample.

Quick question. What is the easiest most user friendly MP4 editor that's pretty much free? I realized when I got my Go Pro HD that it records in MP4, and some vids I just want to chop the front and back of the vid, and wondering what you guys have used. I'm still new to this, but playing with it alot. Thanks for the assist.

If you're a windows user I would say to use Windows Movie Maker. On mac iMovie.

That angle was awesome! Looks like a great way for a exhaust promoter to demonstrate how it actually looks under the car. I was first thinking how you had it bolted to the car itself and were just demonstrating how you could go crazy with it lol then the car moved and I went  ahh, its not actually attached TO the car. Figures... :shakes head:

I was worried for a min when you backed up wondering if you were gonna accidentally run over your GoPro lol I'm sure you'd be :crying: :crying: after that haha...
