Hey guys, I drove 1600 miles in 3 days to my new job location and my headlights have some roughness to them now. I want to buff them out to get them new looking again, which is the best kits that you guys have used? Thanks.

cookie monster!

as for headlights, you can try plastic-x but scratch-x might net you faster results.
use a med density foam pad with moderate high speed on the ro.

i have a 3" ro from griot's which works great on small areas.

now is there a protective coating on the headlights that I might rub off and need to replace?

Yes. Plastic.

Kidding. Pretty sure it's just solid plastic though so you're just removing a thin layer.
