It's only a fix-it ticket and nobody's going to pull you over expressly for the purpose of writing a fix-it ticket for no front plate if you've got the rear in place. I carry mine behind the front seat so they'll know I have it.
Assuming you don't get pulled over on a regular basis, put on the rear and don't worry about it. If it becomes an issue someday, deal with it then. |
