Spawn Aero: Outstanding orders and parts list.

I'm waiting for replacments on my B-Pillars that i received a month ago. My B-Pillars look like crap. I sent him an email on 1/04/10 and this was his response:

Hey John,

I haven’t received a reply or acknowledgment from you regarding the clear coat issues on the B-Pillars. Please let me know what you plan on correcting this issue.

I do apologize for not responding earlier. What I can do is reissue you one b pillar for the one that has the chip but the other if its just scuffed from packaging or needs polish I can't reissue one for that small of an issue. That can be easily repaired via polish and or rubbing compound. Parts are often slightly affected by shipping because of the fresh clear. It was dry because we buff and polish each one which can only be done once the cure process Is complete.

I tried to buff it and polish it already trust me. This isn’t on the top layer of clear. This looks like it needs to be wet sanded and re cleared. I would much rather have a replacement for the scuffed one as it looks much worse and much more noticeable the chipped one.

Just wet sand it yourself...

I'm just pulling your leg. Ill reissue you a set either this week or before mid next week at the very latest. Ill also personally handel and inspect your set as well as buff and polish it real well before I ship it out. I do apologize for the inconvenience and I hope we keep you as a customer but more importantly as a friend once you see the pristine quality of the new set.
