Does anyone know what wire is the positive power wire in the headlight for the turn signal? There are 3 wires in there and i need to tap into them

Turn Signal Positive in Headlights
Does anyone know what wire is the positive power wire in the headlight for the turn signal? There are 3 wires in there and i need to tap into them for my halos that i added. The halos will turn orange when i use the turn signals or hazards.
I tried looking at the FSM and i just couldnt understand the wiring diagram. If anyone can just help out and tell me what wire is the power so i can tap into that from the turn signal bulbs in the headlights that would be much appreciated.
