OEM Backup Camera?

Thanks, I just took a good look under there and was hoping to see some capped off pre-drilled holes for the OEM camera mount and wire, but there are none.

I've seen those cameras with the plate light included. Seems like an easy way to go, I just don't know about the picture quality of them. It will be wired to my nav system.
