I bought something very similar on ebay. It's a flat-bottom wheel with a slightly wider red stripe at the top than the one you're showing. I suspect they just modified

It's a flat-bottom wheel with a slightly wider red stripe at the top than the one you're showing. I suspect they just modified an OEM steering wheel, because it's a perfect fit. I'm happy with it. HOWEVER, my main reason for buying it was to get a little more legroom. (I have long legs.) The flat bottom wheel made no appreciable difference.
