2015+ Nismo DRL connectors

Your 2009 probably doesn’t have the OEM harness for the 2015+ DRL. I’m assuming it’s just be a positive and ground wire. Splice the positive wire to a ACC or

I’m assuming it’s just be a positive and ground wire. Splice the positive wire to a ACC or ON power wire.
