2015+ Nismo DRL connectors

My shop is doing a 2015 Nismo front bumper conversion on my 2009 Z. Got the OEM DRL lights, but the mechanic is looking for the male 2 pin connector that connects to the wire plug of the lights. Where can I find the connectors or harness?

Anyone that can point me to the right direction would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You could be right, but if people don't communicate properly, it is hard to help them.

Yeah, so yall know how the 2015 DRLs come with the grey plug on the end of the lights? Im looking for what connects to that, in order to make the lights function. Ya dig?

So would these connect with the existing connector that comes already with the DRLs? If so then this is what i need!

No idea.

I would contact Z1, but since your year model did not have DRLs to start with, I am not sure how you would connect them to your vehicle. They might have to splice something in.

These could be useful.

2015+ Nismo DRL connectors

Your 2009 probably doesn’t have the OEM harness for the 2015+ DRL.

I’m assuming it’s just be a positive and ground wire. Splice the positive wire to a ACC or ON power wire.
(Obviously test to see if a 12V turns the DRL on before hardwiring it to your car)

Yup, we were just looking for a connecter plug that plugs into the existing one from the DRLs and then custom wire it to work with the lights. We found the plug! Check out the other thread I have for the finished result

Was I anywhere close to what you needed?
