I would not mind seeing them in OEM silver. Or a mixture of silver and black somehow.

I got my harness from the retrofit source today. Does seem like a nicer harness and larger gauge wire than what shipped with headlights. I just don’t want to go through replacing the existing harness. Might make that a project soon.

Might just replace the fuse on the battery harness.

Just got them installed on my white Nismo v1! Looking sharp :)

I ended up using the Fuse Harness that the Retrofit Source provided rather than the battery harness because the battery one seemed too thin/flimsy.

DRLs are nice and bright, but the design of the headlights makes them a bit less visible from a side angle when compared to a frontal view.

Yeah! I'll get some more pics in soon. I wish the rectangular lining on the LED pods were painted silver or something to accent the overall headlights a bit. It is quite 'black' when DRLs are off, especiallllly on a white Z.

I agree with you on the silver. We'll see what Yuniqueled comes up with.

Looks good Zodiac. I’ll eventually get around to replacing my harness. I’m going to go for the black out look, so I like the black housing. Looks good on the magnetic black IMO. But I agree on the white some accent colors would look good!

I love these lights so far. I also like the contour of the housing. It still has a slight bump on top, but not as much as OEM, or maybe I’m imagining things but it seems to flow with the hood more.

Yeah first thing that struck me was they appear "shorter". I mean of course they aren't, but like you said, the bump does alter the appearance.

fellas, after almost 3 months after i paid, i finally got mine today from UPS... soooooo excited! I opened up the box, and literally I felt like a kid on christmas... unfortunately, I dont get to put them on just yet, my painter is going to treat them so they never ever oxidize. (especially down here in south florida)

New Z owner here in CA. I am in the foggy headlight club so I ordered a set of these from Street Ambitions back on May 1st. They just shipped last Friday and I should have them June 18th. I'm with the rest of you... super excited to get them installed on the car.:excited:

I’m still on the fence and feel with that price - I would rather put it towards some performance mods but....at the same time - seeing them on your rides is changing my mind haha. He also shows some night shots as well in the video.

Cant’ wait to hear more about this mod from others and some long term reviews of it as well.

So I just got off the phone with Adrian at TORQEN, they should be finished for production in a couple weeks, then delivered the week after. So early half of July is hopefully when people should start getting tracking numbers.

Just got my lights yesterday. I'm so excited. Unfortunately, I can't figure out where to plug in my drl harness. I plugged it in and the drls just stay on, no turning off. Also, my fuse box is not the same as the one pictured in the morimoto pdf instructions on their website. It does just plug into a 10a slot, right? Thanks for any help.

So I just installed mine today. Yes, it is a 10a fuse. It is the second one from the top left. They should have made the harness wiring go vertical instead of horizontal when you plug it in after pulling the original fuse. It was kind of a pain in the arse to close that box! Do you have a pic of your fusebox? That is weird it is different.
