Vinyl/Plastic Gouge :( Need Help Repairing!?

Even if I attempted a repair my eyes would be drawn to it every time I got in the car. I am sorry but the solution for me would be

I am sorry but the solution for me would be to replace the damaged dashboard even if the replacement was a good condition one from a donor vehicle rather than new from Nissan.
