Looks like common headlight lens oxidation to me. Just get them restored by someone who recoats them (a lot of places just sand and polish). Being that your car is

Looks like common headlight lens oxidation to me. Just get them restored by someone who recoats them (a lot of places just sand and polish). Being that your car is a '12 this is expected. My '13 has it too.
