The non locking ones, I suppose. If you roll alone, it is a bitch if you move the passenger side out of whack. You have to keep getting in and out to adjust the mirror.

It would only be the driver's side that would need to be folded back because of my parking situation at work. I just need to know how adjustable the mirror is at the stem ... and whether it can be moved so that the mirror runs parallel to the window. In other words, can you grab the mirror and pull it toward the car like you can with the stock mirrors?

They are meant to be set and left in that position. To move them, you should loosen them first which is not difficult but more time consuming than necessary for just convince.
